Grace DeMatty

Grace Joann (Gross) DeMatty,86, of Ligonier, passed away on September 22, 2022.

A daughter of the late Joseph and Grace Henderson Gross.

She was a member of The Church of God.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard J. DeMatty Jr., a daughter Arlene R. Wilford; brother Allan Gross and sisters Dolly Lam and Mary Lou McLean.

She is survived by 4 children Michaele (Robert) Brown of Latrobe, Joseph (Manula) DeMatty of Jacksonville, NC, Daun (Daniel) Palmer of Ligonier and Jody Womack of Greensburg.

7 Siblings- David "Buck" Gross, Margaret "Peggy" Somerville, Thomas Gross, Willie Gross, Donnie Gross, Ronnie Gross and Ralph Gross;

Friends received on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Snyder-Green Funeral Home Inc. 402 E. Church St. Ligonier Pa 15658 724-238-2611 a funeral service will be held at 10 A.M. Tuesday at The Church of God, Youngtown, with Pastor Ralph Campbell III and Kenny Butts officiating. (Everyone Please Meet at Church) A private family burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Church of God, 4017 First Ave. Latrobe Pa 15650.
