James "Bob" Cairns

James "Bob" Cairns, peacefully passed away on January 2, 2026.  Bob was known for his friendly and welcoming personality that endeared him to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Bob had a deep passion for the outdoors, often spending his free time hunting and enjoying nature. His love for the environment reflected his appreciation for the simple yet profound joys of life. Whether he was among friends or with family, his warmth and kindness remained a guiding light in the lives of those around him.

He is survived by his sister, Nancy (Dick) Iscrupe, and his brother, Charles Cairns. Bob took great pride in his family, which included his niece, Sarah (Jeremy) Cairns, and nephew, Brent (Brittney) Cairns. He is also remembered fondly by his great nieces and nephews: Connor, Issac, Freya, Charlie, Ella, and Everly.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Charles James Cairns and Mabel Jean Cairns. 

As we remember Bob, we celebrate a life filled with love, laughter, and a spirit of adventure that will remain in our hearts forever. His legacy will continue through the memories he created and the lives he touched.
