L. Allan Wallisch passed away after a year long battle with cancer. Allan lived a full life. He was educated at both Georgetown and Duquesne. He was a national auditor for Westinghouse. He then became the owner/co-owner of many businesses based in Western PA. He was preceded in death by his parents Mary Jane and Larry Wallisch. His daughters, Abbey (James) and Kate, and wife of almost 32 years, Beth “my partner, my rock, and my love,” will love Allan forever. He is missed greatly by his sisters, Beth (Furman), Tracey (Marty), and Kathy (Peter) and eleven nieces and nephews. He was an avid reader. He absorbed books, mostly about history and politics. He studied the Civil War and has an extensive Civil War library. He had a love of dogs, especially beagles. Allan was a staple at Seven Springs for decades. His skiing friends were his second family.
Per Allan’s request there will be no visitation or funeral. If interested in giving a donation in his name, his charity of choice was Tunnels to Towers foundation.
