Maj "May" Rehm

Maj (May) Ingrid Rehm (Forsgren) of Ligonier, passed away December 1, 2020 at 9:20 PM in Latrobe hospital. May was born on May 30, 1932, along with her twin sister Britt in Stöde Sweden to parents Albin and Christina. After attending Higher Commercial School, she worked for the Indian Embassy in Stockholm, Sweden and the Chrysler Corporation in Geneva, Switzerland. May met her husband (Donald S. Rehm) of nearly 55 years in Stockholm and moved to the United States where the two became married on December 29, 1965 in Tampa, Florida. The couple moved to Ligonier and purchased Ridgeview Golf Course in Ligonier in 1969 where May managed the Pro Shop until 1996 upon retiring. Don and May would spend summers in Ligonier, PA and winters in Sarasota, Florida. May is survived by her husband, Donald of Ligonier; Twin sister, Britt; Niece, Christina; Nephew, Thomas (all of Sweden).
