Ruth Catharine Stutzman Campbell, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2023. Ruth was a kind-hearted and generous person who touched the lives of many with her love and compassion.

Ruth was a lifelong member of St. James Lutheran Church and actively participated in the church choir. Her devotion to her faith was unwavering, and she found solace in her spirituality. She was a dedicated member of the church community and embraced the values of kindness and compassion that were at the core of her beliefs.

One of Ruth's most significant achievements was her commitment to Meals on Wheels Ligonier Valley for over 30 years. She tirelessly volunteered her time and effort to ensure that elderly and homebound individuals in the community received warm meals and care. Ruth's dedication to this cause brought comfort to countless individuals who were in need.
Ruth had a variety of hobbies and interests that brought her joy. She had a green thumb and loved spending time gardening. Traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures was another one of her passions. Ruth cherished the peaceful moments spent at the beach, as they provided her with tranquility and serenity.

Ruth also dedicated herself to helping at the Laughlintown Community Center.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents Dwight and Catharine Stutzman, loving husband, Regis Irwin "Ozz" Campbell, brother Charles (Rosalie survives) Stutzman, sister Alice and special friend Ed Concus.
