Terry L. Tenney

Terry L. Tenney 72 of Ligonier passed away on Sunday June 7, 2026 in Bethlen Home.

She was born May 27, 1954 in Ligonier to the late Robert F. and Dorothy M. Taylor. She was preceded in death by her brother Robert D.

She was a graduate of Ligonier Valley School District. She married the love of her life Fredrick D. Tenney Sr. on October 1, 1976 in Winchester, Va. They renewed those vows on May 27, 2026.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years and their children Angela (Jerry) Alan of Latrobe and Fred Jr. (Amanda) of Ligonier and three grandchildren Jennifer (Gerald) Payne, Emilee Alan and Daniel Tenney and a great grandchild on the way. She is survived by her sisters Diane and Tricia.

Terry held a deep love for country music, with a special fondness for the songs of Garth Brooks and a loved playing Bingo with her mom.

The family would like to Thank Independence Hospice care and those at Bethlen Home for caring for her during this time.

There will be no public service or visitation.
